Cancellation policy
The voucher is non-refundable or exchangeable for its cash value.
Changes and cancellations must be communicated at least 12 hours in advance.
We recommend you to turn up at the Spa 10 minutes before your treatment so you can prepare yourself and be able to enjoy the total time of your treatment.
