  • Saturday 29/06 - 17:30h: Bowls & Summer Sandwiches Workshop Summer is the time of fresh, creative and simple food, but not meaning less tasty. In this workshop we will learn how to prepare salads in bowls and sandwiches adding a touch of color and freshness to the season of good weather. More detailed we will prepare:
    Salad of seasonal tomatoes, mató (catalan fresh cheese), pesto cream and gazpacho
    Bowl of nectarine, plum, Cecina (salted and dried beef), green sprouts, red quinoa, chia and cashew nuts
    Bowl of salmon marinated with citrus, wheat, fermented vegetables and kefir lime
    Wasabi and ginger bread with shrimp, crab, sour cream and citrus sprouts
    Oil bread with 48 hours confited and spiced veal 48hrs, avocado, pickles and mustard grains
    Cereal bread, seaweed, vegetables and olive tartar, tomato and soy with smoked cream and kimchi
  • Saturday 06/07 - 17:30h: Meat cuts Workshop Our head chef will explain the different meat cuts of beef and Iberian pork and the methodology of the preparation of each one. For this occasion we are going to prepare:
    Iberian roast pork
    Iberian loin drawstring
    Iberian “Secreto”
    Flank steak
    T-bone steak
  • Saturday 27/07 - 17:30h: “From the sea to the meal” Workshop We boarded a ship! With a workshop that let us know the different cooking techniques of the assorted products from the sea, which give them an original texture and flavor to each one.

  • Saturday 10/08 - 17:30h: Avocado Workshop “From breakfast to dessert” In this workshop we are going to learn the properties and different kind of one of the high-fiber product in the world that help us to reduce the cholesterol and sugar level in our blood. We will start with breakfast options, appetizer and finish with a complete menu based on avocado. We will use different kinds of texture like puree, cold soup, cream or mixed with mascarpone.
    Breakfast: Toast with avocado
    Appetizer: Avocado foam
    Starter: Creamy avocado with crudité
    Main course: Roasted scallops with “Guacamole”
    Dessert: Avocado cheesecake
  • Saturday 14/09 - 17:30h: Choux pastry Workshop In this workshop we will explain the secret and the different way of use of choux pastry and going to prepare assorted options with diverse kind of pastry creams.
    “Lionesas” with pastry cream
    “Eclair” with coffee and amaretto cream
    “Religieuse” with caramel and vanilla cream
    “Saint honore” with tangerine and citric cream
    Croquembouche (traditional way of cone with flowers décor)
  • Saturday 28/09 - 17:30h: Japanese cold food Workshop We will fly to Asia Northeast to learn a part of the extensive Japanese gastronomy. We will explain different cold options, how to cook the rice and the setting up of the dishes. Also we will show you the ideal side option to complete our Japanese meal.
