Redeeming & Payment processes
Here you can find all the information about how to redeem a voucher and get paid by Hotel Treats
After buying a voucher on HotelTreats.com the Buyer must contact the hotel by email or by phone to complete their reservation, which will be subject to availability of the hotel.
If a voucher is purchased with instant reservation, the hotel will receive a notification announcing that a voucher has been sold for a specific date.
On the date of the reservation, when the Buyer comes to the hotel to enjoy the experience, the hotel MUST redeem the voucher through the unique Redeem Link that has been provided to the hotel at the beginning of the collaboration.
The hotel can also check the Voucher Status (without redeeming the voucher) through the redeem link in order to find out all the details about the voucher.
Payments
Hotel Commissions
Hotel Treats will charge a commission to the Hotel for each voucher redeemed during a given month.
Proceeds
On the 1st day of each month the hotel receives the proceeds from all vouchers redeemed , excluding Hotel Treats' commission. On the same day, an invoice for Hotel Treats’ commissions shall be sent to the Hotel for the corresponding vouchers redeemed.
Invoice Requests
If the Buyer requests an invoice for the purchase made, it should be issued by the Hotel only at the moment that the voucher is redeemed.
Fraud Prevention
The Hotel shall ensure the vouchers are redeemed in order to ensure fraud prevention and correct tracking of payments due to the Client.
