May I buy an experience as a gift?

Yes, each experience may be purchased as a gift. If you click “Buy as a gift” when adding your voucher to the cart, you will be able to add a personalised message, choose a voucher template and hide the price you paid for the voucher.

May I receive the voucher in my email?

Yes, all the vouchers are instantly delivered to your email. Even if you are buying a voucher for someone else, you will receive a copy to you inbox too. You will then be able to print it out yourself and present it to them in person. 

May I send the gift voucher straight to its recipient?

No, unfortunately, the emails that we sent with the gift voucher attached ended up in the recipient's spam folder. Once the purchase is completed, you will instantly receive the gift voucher in your email and you can decide if you want to deliver it in person or send it by email to the recipient.

How long is the voucher valid for?

Majority of our vouchers are valid for a year. But, to find out about the validity of the voucher you're interested in, please scroll to the bottom of the description of the experience. You will other see the word “Validity” or “Can be redeemed from Date to Date”.

May I choose the date of the experience?

To allow maximum flexibility, all the experiences on Hotel Treats are subject to availability. In order to confirm the date you desire, please purchase the voucher of your choosing and with the unique voucher number that you receive, please can contact the hotel and make your reservation. All the contact details are provided on the voucher.

May I cancel my purchase?

Yes, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase, provided that the voucher has not been used. This cancellation policy does not apply in case of events and accommodation which have a specific date i.e. Christmas Brunch on Dec. 25th

May I exchange my voucher for another experience?

Unfortunately, the vouchers are not exchangeable. However, most hotels are quite flexible, so you may be able to swap one experience to another, within the same hotel. Please contact us and we'll be happy to help. 

My voucher expired. May I extend the expiration date?

The hotels we work with take pride in their customer service and are accommodating as possible. In most cases, they agree to extend the expiration date of the vouchers. If need be, please contact us and we'll be happy to help. 

May I find out the availability at the hotel before buying the voucher?

Yes, just write us via chat, email or call us +34 871 51 00 40 and we'll be happy to find out about the availability of the experience that you are interested in.

Which name do I put in the Check Out page?

Put the name that appears on the credit card that you are using.

What if I lose my voucher?

Don’t worry, just email us at with the details of the experience you purchased and the email you used to purchase it with and we'll be happy to send you a copy.

May I use PayPal or wire transfer to pay for my voucher?

We accept debit and credits cards, such as Visa, Maestro and Master Card, but at the moment we cannot accept PayPal, nor bank transfers. 

May I pay for the experience directly at the hotel?

No. Most of the experiences we offer are exclusive to us, so you can only purchase them via
