Enjoy a tasty 11-course tasting menu at La Fortaleza restaurant at the 5* Cap Rocat Hotel. A journey to the heart, an intimate stroll where Mallorcan produce and culture will be the protagonists. Created by chef Víctor García, who has been awarded two Repsol Suns, this menu is based on Mallorcan gastronomy and produce, and changes according to the season.
