Thermal area
The water area invites you to explore different temperatures and sensations.
The circuit includes a 15 ºC contrast pool with a cryotherapeutic effect, a 34 ºC hydrotherapy pool offering various hydromassage experiences, and a magnesium mineral bath at 38 ºC, which combines the benefits of Epsom salts and hydromassage to promote deep relaxation and holistic wellbeing.
Sauna World
A relaxation area overlooking the nature reserve, designed to prolong the sense of wellbeing and balance.
The journey includes three different thermal experiences — a traditional Finnish sauna, a steam bath and an infrared light sauna with full-spectrum LEDs — designed to purify the body, reveal the skin’s natural beauty and invite a state of calm and mindfulness.
The steam bath or hammam features an aromatherapy ritual with eucalyptus and menthol, offering a decongestant effect that promotes mental clarity.
Round off the experience with a hydrating break at our purified and hydrogenated water fountain, renowned for its antioxidant properties.
