Requirements
We recommend you to turn up at the Spa 10 minutes before your treatment so you can prepare yourself and be able to enjoy the total time of your treatment.
The hotel will provide bathrobes, towels, flip flops and locker keys. These must be returned to the Spa reception at the end. It is mandatory to use a swimming costume and flip flops throughout the spa area.

📅 If there is an option to book this experience for a particular date (choosing on a calendar), your reservation for the selected date will be confirmed at the end of the purchase. You do not need to contact the hotel to confirm it.

Cancellation policy
Any changes in the reservation must be communicated at least 48h before the confirmed date. Otherwise, the voucher will be considered redeemed.
