About Hotel Treats

Hotel Treats helps luxury hotels unlock new revenue streams by selling experiences, gift vouchers, and wellness packages online. We do this by operating our marketplace (hoteltreats.com) and creating white-label online shops for hotels. 

We're a fast-growing scale-up with an 18-person international team based across Mallorca, mainland Spain, Poland, and France.

We’re now looking for a Tester / Junior Product Owner to bridge the gap between our leadership and development teams — and to help shape the future of our platform.

Your Role

You’ll be responsible for translating business goals into actionable product tasks, collaborating closely with developers, testing finished features, and approving them for release. You’ll also be expected to suggest new features and product improvements, so some experience or exposure to product design is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document new product features and changes requested by leadership
  • Test completed features and approve them for release
  • Create, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog in JIRA
  • Act as the main point of contact between the leadership team and developers
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure clarity and alignment on requirements
  • Suggest new features and product improvements
  • Help maintain a clean, effective Kanban workflow

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a Business Analyst or Tester. Some exposure to Product Owner responsibilities would be a nice-to-have.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies — especially Kanban
  • Experience or exposure to product design / UX thinking
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • Comfort using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
  • Sharp attention to detail when testing and validating features
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
