B2B Customer Support Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: Palma de Mallorca | Setup: Full-time

Think pool day passes, spa days, gourmet dining, romantic getaways and more. We work with hotels across Europe and beyond, offering white-label e-commerce solutions and a global marketplace.

We’re a fast-growing, award-winning startup with a dynamic, international team. After seven years of success, we’re expanding again — and we’re looking for a B2B Customer Support Assistant to join us in Palma de Mallorca.

🧩 Your Role

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Account Managers to support our hotel clients and help them succeed on the Hotel Treats platform.

Your tasks will include:

  • Assisting in onboarding new hotel partners, making sure their experience is smooth and well-supported
  • Helping solve operational issues related to:
    • Invoicing & payments
    • KYC & account setup
    • Access to the Extranet
    • Voucher status or redemption issues
    • Calendar integration & availability management
    • Commission & contract-related questions
  • Coordinating with our content team to ensure timely product updates and quality control
  • Handling follow-ups with hotels to ensure issues are resolved and opportunities are captured
  • Acting as a go-to support contact for hotel partners across Europe
  • Ensuring all actions are logged, tracked and followed through until successful resolution

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (written & spoken)
  • Organized and reliable with excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work across departments to get things done
  • Basic understanding of Excel / Google Sheets and willingness to learn new tools
  • Previous experience in either in hospitality, SaaS, or client-facing operations is a must
