Hotel Treats wins "Best New Business Model" award at TIS, Sevilla
Hotel Treats was a proud participant of the Tourism Innovation Summit (TIS) in Sevilla, Spain in November, 2022. Tourism Innovation Summit is aimed to help tourism and travel industry to get fully reactivated after COVID-19, create an inclusive tourism value proposition and focus on sustainability and digital innovations in the industry.
This year more than 6000 attendees from 38 countries participated in the event, and some really big players from the industry like Amadeus, Vueling, Accenture, Arival and more were among the speakers.
For Hotel Treats it was a truly pivotal event because we were nominated and won not one, but two awards at TIS!
Hotel Treats has received the "The Best New Business Model" award at TIS Awards 2022 which was held at the iconic Alfonso XIII hotel in the center of Sevilla and recognized the initiatives and projects that are committed to innovation, digitization and sustainability in the tourism sector.
On the final day of TIS summit the CEO of Hotel Treats, Kasia Pankowska, was selected to pitch at the Touristech Startup Fest.
Out of 400 applicants from the travel industry, 40 startups were chosen as finalists to participate in the competition and Hotel Treats became a lucky winner once again.
Hotel Treats received a Smart City Office and La Fabrica de Sevilla Award, which includes: collaborating in the Sustainable Urban Laboratory Projects and support in the implementation of the project in Seville.
