H10 hotels gift vouchers and experiences

22 destinations, 65 hotels, 16,000 rooms. H10 Hotels is one of Spain's most exciting hotel groups, quickly expanding throughout Europe and the Caribbean.

With flagship brands including five-star urban hotels such as The One by H10 Hotels in Barcelona and Lisbon, the company has now decided to open its doors wider to local residents too. 

To do so, H10 Hotels chose Hotel Treats to create its white-label online marketplace:

The purpose is to encourage people who live locally to the hotels to purchase day experiences such as pool day passes, brunch, spa access and romantic getaways. This way, not only do the hotels generate new revenue, but also engage with the locals and enable them to fall in love with the properties and facilities. In the long term, this strategy helps hotels win more MICE business & create a completely free and organic social media buzz. 

On top of selling day experiences, the marketplace also sells accommodation packages, making the most of a large number of properties in the group’s portfolio. 

From the tech perspective, the solution is underpinned by the Hotel Treats eCommerce platform, designed specifically for hospitality groups. Allowing just the right level of access to particular properties and the group HQ, plus a reporting and voucher management suite to ensure smooth operations throughout all geographies. 

H10 Hotels' team made sure the platform is easily accessible via its main website as well as the website of all participating properties. With voucher sales tripling in value between July and August 2021, we could not be more excited for what’s to come!
