Who we are

Hotel Treats is how the most fabulous hotels in the world sell gift vouchers and experiences online. We create beautifully branded online shops for hotels to sell spa treatments, dining experiences, romantic getaways and everything in between. These are bought by local residents looking for an Instagram-worthy experience as well as guests, pre-arrival. We also operate our own marketplace, aggregating services from each of our clients. 

Brands we work with include St. Regis, Fairmont, Nobu & independent LHWs across the globe, from the US and Europe to Thailand.

Using our services, hotels increase direct sales of rooms, amenities, and additional services, selling to guests ahead of arrival. They also easily increase the profitability of their outlets by selling experiences to local residents and businesses.

We started out four years ago, quickly monopolising the market in Mallorca and expanding to mainland Spain. Later came the US, the Caribbean, France, Italy and Thailand. In 2020 we grew by more than 300% - quite a feat for a hospitality business at a time of the pandemic!

We are a small, but perfectly formed team based in Spain, the UK and Poland to support a truly global customer base. We are diverse by country of origin, geographically dispersed and used to working remotely effectively. We simply know no other way!

Your background

We are looking for people who truly understand the challenges faced by hotel managers, owners, and operators. Our most successful hires have a background in hotel revenue management, marketing, or operations. Some of them are former GMs, Cluster Revenue Directors and Marketing Managers. Some of them still continue working in these roles and work with us on top of their day jobs.

Having such a background will help you understand the value we bring to hotels and relay it to our future clients. Having a network of connections within the industry will most likely be the key factor to success, regardless of the roles you used to hold. 

Your role

As we expand to new territories, we are looking for collaborators across the world to help us reach new customers. Your role will involve:

  • Understanding the value we bring to hotels
  • Identifying hotels in your territory that may benefit from our services the most
  • Reaching out to decision-makers to arrange a presentation 
  • Depending on the set up we agree on, your role may end at the stage of arranging the initial presentation, or you may progress through the stages, to the point of exchanging contracts


We are looking for collaborators who will be able to work with us on a B2B basis - you will need to invoice us for your services. We are open to a variety of setups, where your remuneration will depend on the stages of the sales process you complete before handing over to us. In any scenario, your proceeds will depend directly on the number of customers we onboard thanks to your introduction.
