Terms and Conditions
Hotel Treats Gift Card can be redeemed against any experience listed on Hotel Treats (hoteltreats.com). Each one has a unique code visible in the top right corner of the voucher. The lucky recipient will be able to use it in 3 simple steps:
- They choose the experience they want to enjoy and add it to the shopping cart
- Then, they will be asked to insert Gift Card code in the section "Do you have a gift card or a discount code?"
- Once inserted, the value of the gift card will be discounted from the total amount
If the experience they choose costs less than the value of their Gift Card, the balance will remain for them to be used against another experience. If the experience they choose costs more than the value of their Gift Card, they will be asked to pay the balance.
*It is possible to apply only 1 gift card at check out.
Cancellation policy
The Hotel Treats Gift Card is non-refundable and non-cancelable.
This is a multi-purpose voucher that functions as credit on our website. You can use it for the experience shown on the voucher or for any other experience of the same value, or a higher value by paying the difference. If you wish to use your credit for the specific experience listed, you may do so until the expiration date indicated on the voucher. This document is considered a ‘multi-purpose voucher’ in accordance with Resolution 18094 of December 28, 2018, issued by the Spanish Tax Authority, regarding the VAT treatment of vouchers (BOE No. 315, Sec.
