Cancellation policy
Open dated vouchers can be cancelled from the time of purchase up to 14 calendar days after purchase. After this date, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
If a booking is made via the booking calendar, it is non-refundable from the time of purchase.

You can use it for the experience shown on the voucher or for any other experience of the same value, or a higher value by paying the difference. If you wish to use your credit for the specific experience listed, you may do so until the expiration date indicated on the voucher. This document is considered a ‘multi-purpose voucher’ in accordance with Resolution 18094 of December 28, 2018, issued by the Spanish Tax Authority, regarding the VAT treatment of vouchers (BOE No. 315, Sec.
