If this experience allows you to choose a date in the calendar, your booking for the selected date will be confirmed at checkout. You do not need to contact the hotel to confirm it.
If the calendar option does not appear or you wish to purchase a voucher with an open date for gift or personal use, this experience will be subject to availability and you will need to contact the hotel to book when you wish to use it. The hotel's contact details will be provided once the purchase has been completed.
Cancellation policy
Open dated vouchers can be cancelled from the time of purchase up to 14 calendar days after purchase. After this date, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
If a booking is made via the booking calendar, it is non-refundable from the time of purchase.

If you wish to use your credit for the specific experience listed, you may do so until the expiration date indicated on the voucher.
