After the purchase of this voucher, further instructions about how to redeem will be provided. This voucher will be delivered to your email instantly, we don't offer physical deliveries.
When you make a reservation using your balance, the value of the gift voucher will be deducted from the final price.
- It is mandatory to make a pre-booking at www.pestana.com inserting the voucher code that Hotel Treats will send you after writing to pestana@hoteltreats.com.
- Each reservation only allows the use of 1 Gift Card; it is not possible to discount several gift cards in the same reservation and it cannot be combined with other Gift Cards or promotional codes.
- When you make a reservation with a Gift Card, it is considered used if you cancel the reservation you will not be able to use it again, however, it is possible to change the dates considering the same Hotel or Pousada de Portugal.
- If the value of the Gift Card is higher than the total amount of the reservation, the difference will not be credited.
- In All Inclusive or Half Board Hotels, the Gift Card is only applied if the accommodation component exceeds the value of the Gift Card.
