Requirements
Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult (+18) at all times.
An ID must be presented at the hotel entrance to receive the bracelet.
In "Start Camp" children under 3 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
*IMPORTANT: A cash deposit of $50 USD (or equivalent in local currency) will be required at check-in to guarantee that guests will be able to check out of their day pass for the return of wristbands and pool towels.
*Ourhotel is not pet-friendly. When guests have pets for emotional or medical support; in these cases, we do make exceptions and it is essential that you contact the PR team or Reception so that we can verify the corresponding documents and provide you with the regulations.
Terms and Conditions
📅 If there is an option to book this experience for a particular date (choosing on a calendar), your reservation for the selected date will be confirmed at the end of the purchase. You do not need to contact the hotel to confirm it.
🎁 If the calendar option doesn't appear or you want to buy an open-dated voucher as a gift or for personal use, this experience will be subject to availability and it will be necessary to contact the hotel to make the reservation. Contact details of the hotel will be provided once the purchase is completed.

Cancellation policy
Open-dated vouchers can be canceled from the time of purchase up to 14 calendar days after purchase. After this date, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
In case of making a reservation through the reservation calendar, this is non-refundable from the moment of purchase.
This is a multi-purpose voucher that functions as credit on our website. You can use it for the experience shown on the voucher or for any other experience of the same value, or a higher value by paying the difference. If you wish to use your credit for the specific experience listed, you may do so until the expiration date indicated on the voucher. This document is considered a ‘multi-purpose voucher’ in accordance with Resolution 18094 of December 28, 2018, issued by the Spanish Tax Authority, regarding the VAT treatment of vouchers (BOE No. 315, Sec.
