- Ajoblanco malagueño with norway lobster tartar from la Caleta de Vélez and cockles
- Mediterranena hake in green sauce of organic seaweed with cockles and peas
- Simmental beef sirloin with “café de parís” sauce and potato millefeuille
- Strawberries from huelva, caramelised vanilla cream and strawberry and thyme-lemon sauce
- Four glasses of wine per person.
