Make the most of your Sunday with a leisurely Lifestyle Brunch by Terrum, the family brunch at the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower.
Every Sunday, from 12:30 to 16:00, Terrum Restaurant presents an all-you-can-eat brunch featuring music, changing themes throughout the year and a carefully curated selection of dishes designed for sharing.
The experience unfolds across various hot and cold stations, combining Mediterranean flavours, seasonal produce and brunch classics. Cheeses and cold cuts, smoked salmon, prawns, oysters, wraps, hummus, salads, yoghurts and kefir sit alongside hot dishes such as beef Wellington – one of the brunch highlights – salmon au vin blanc, fresh pasta, risotto, gnocchi, cannelloni and potatoes with truffle cream.
The menu is rounded off with a selection of eggs cooked to order, a range of homemade desserts and cakes, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit and an irresistible chocolate fountain.
All this is accompanied by a DJ set, signature cocktails and a family-friendly atmosphere.
