Derived from the principles of "shatzu", it is performed in 37°C water. The body is gently supported in flotation, thus creating a deep state of abandonment and relaxation. In an alternation of stillness and movement, a kind of harmonic dance is created where stretching follows swaying and free movements can emerge from the deepest spaces of the system. Receiving a Watsu session amplifies the space of presence and perception of the self, offering an opportunity for the body and mind to make peace, stilling the hum of the inner and outer world.
