- Grilled sea bass with poblano and guajillo sauce with green mango majado and fresh herbs

2. Minami Menu

- Chilean wagyu and pork meatballs, slow braised with Balearic cuttlefish

- Grilled sea bass with vierge sauce, Swiss chard, almond gremolata and roasted cherry tomatoes
- Braised short rib with yukon potato pie, spinach, crispy onions and red wine demi-glace

Requirements
Reservations must be made before 16:30 on the Saturday you wish to enjoy your menu and event. The menu and the event must be consumed on the same day.
In case of allergy or special dietary requirements, please inform the restaurant at the time of booking.
