Experience a true explosion of flavours during this exquisite 5-course gourmet dinner at the Arbequina restaurant in the Hospes Palacio del Bailio hotel. Arbequina’s cuisine combines flavours, techniques, local and national produce, a wide range of ingredients and diverse recipes from Peru, Mexico, Vietnam, Japan and Thailand. Enjoy this fantastic dining experience whilst admiring the restaurant’s unique atmosphere, set within the remains of an ancient Roman house that can be seen through the glass floor.
