🎁 If the calendar option doesn't appear or you want to buy an open-dated voucher as a gift or for personal use, this experience will be subject to availability and it will be necessary to contact the hotel to make the reservation. Cancellation policy
Open-dated vouchers can be canceled from the time of purchase up to 14 calendar days after purchase. After this date, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
In case of making a reservation through the reservation calendar, this is non-refundable from the moment of purchase.
