- Starters to share: Dimsun of butifarron and red prawns with Menorcan suquet. Iberian ham croquettes with waghyu veil (2 pieces).
- 1 cut to choose per person between: Entrecôte de vaca Rubia Gallega, Aberdeen Angus sirloin steak, Pluma Ibérica de bellota, Angus hamburger, Carabinero de Huelva 2 units, Octopus Anticuchero, Salmon salar or Monkfish from the Mediterranean.
- 1 Accompaniment to choose between: Pumpkin in textures, Tudela Lettuce hearts with tartar sauce, Creamy corn, Grilled avocado with feta cheese, Seasonal vegetables, Cantonese smoked aubergine, Mallorcan Escalivada with black olives, Sweet potato purée with glazed pearls, Creamy truffled potato or Green Salad.
- Mallorcan naam bread with carob flour and homemade corn arepa. With aioli, chimichurri and muhammara sauces.

We have created this menu to introduce people to Portals Hills and its new concept of Collins restaurant Miami Grill. A concept that we have called BRASAS DE ORIGEN where the origin and quality of the product are our trademark. All combined with a show cooking with our Ofyr BBQ that will not leave anyone indifferent. All cooked with oak wood.
