- SELECTION OF MEDITERRANEAN DELICACIES (for 2 pax), Selection of national cheeses and sausages, accompanied by crystal bread and tomato. Ideal for sharing!
- Eggs Benny with truffle sauce and asparagus
- Iberian ham and tomato toast
- Ham sandwich with arugula, gouda cheese, avocado and pistachio pesto sauce
- Shrimp and salmon ceviche: marinated in tiger's milk with edamame, corn, mango and yuca chips
- Omelette, with different fillings: onion, mushrooms, pepper, cherry tomato, cheese, Serrano ham, York ham. All accompanied by a selection of breads
