An exclusive restaurant, where traditional Basque cuisine dominates the grill to perfection. "Erre", which means "burn" in Basque, serves as a tribute to the art of grilling the finest organic meats, fish and vegetables. By meticulously selecting premium raw materials, the chefs infuse them with the natural flavours of smoke and fire to create the distinctive taste of Erre & Urrechu.
