📅 If there is an option to book this experience for a particular date (choosing on a calendar), your reservation for the selected date will be confirmed at the end of the purchase. You do not need to contact the hotel to confirm it.
🎁 If the calendar option doesn't appear or you want to buy an open-dated voucher as a gift or for personal use, this experience will be subject to availability and it will be necessary to contact the hotel to make the reservation. Contact details of the hotel will be provided once the purchase is completed.

Cancellation policy
Open dated vouchers can be cancelled from the time of purchase up to 14 calendar days after purchase. After this date, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
If a booking is made via the booking calendar, it is non-refundable from the time of purchase.

You can use it for the experience shown on the voucher or for any other experience of the same value, or a higher value by paying the difference. If you wish to use your credit for the specific experience listed, you may do so until the expiration date indicated on the voucher.
