Es Fanals, a restaurant recognised by the MICHELIN Guide, is a stunning culinary destination on the cliffside of Jumeirah Mallorca, offering views of both the Mediterranean and the Tramuntana mountain range. This fine dining restaurant invites guests to embark on a sensory adventure. Here, diners can enjoy one of three exquisite tasting menus, which include standout creations such as Sóller prawn with oyster, caviar and fennel ice cream, followed by glazed loin of Tramuntana suckling goat.
Jumeirah Mallorca's Executive Chef Javier López embraces these local and seasonal ingredients, combining traditional Mallorcan recipes with innovative techniques. Working closely with local producers to promote locally sourced ingredients, Es Fanals creates an exceptional dining experience for both hotel guests and the rest of the public, both local and foreign, where the authentic flavours of the Balearic Islands take centre stage.
