Tomeu Restaurant is located within the premises of the luxury Boutique Hotel Sant Jaume, right in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. The creative team at the restaurant is led by Tomeu Caldentey, the first Mallorcan Chef to be awarded with a Michelin star. A classic Mallorcan cuisine concept where product and ingredients from the Balearic Islands take centre stage so the chef can showcase the main dishes of Mallorca with a special nod to the city of Palma and its surrounding area. The objective is for “even the most local to become universal”. Tomeu's Mallorcan roots have become a starting point to explore and discover through taste and other senses.
