Chef Enrique Fleishman wants to show the essence of his cuisine through a tasting menu: author's cuisine, creative, simple and honest, based on local and seasonal products. Mix of tradition and innovation with an indisputable protagonist, the flavor. The menu includes: appetizers, three starters, a fish dish, a meat dish, two desserts, petit fours, water and coffee or tea.
